Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026 · Draft, under legal review

These terms apply when you use the VoltRadar app and this website. VoltRadar is provided by Vassilis Pigadas, Greece («we»). Contact: support@voltradar.app.

1. What VoltRadar is

A free app that shows public charging stations for electric cars, whether a charger is free and what it costs. It needs no account. The app does not start or pay for a charge.

2. Age

The app is for adults. You may use it only if you are 18 or over.

3. The data: no guarantee

Station details, availability and prices come from official sources (Data sources). We process them with care, but we do not check them on site.

We do not guarantee that the data is correct, complete or up to date.

If you see a mistake, write to support@voltradar.app.

4. We are not a charging provider

We do not run charging stations and do not sell charging. The charge, its payment and its terms are set by the station's operator, and your agreement is with them. We are not liable for other parties' stations: for faults, prices, fees, access or damage from using them.

5. Safety on the road

Do not use the app while driving. Always follow the traffic rules and road signs. «Navigate» opens another maps app, under its own terms.

6. Google Maps

The app includes Google Maps features and content. Their use is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

7. What is not allowed

8. The service may change

We may change, pause or stop the app or part of it. We do not guarantee that it will always work, without interruptions or without errors.

9. Liability

The app is free and provided «as is». As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage from using it or from data that turned out to be wrong. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

10. Rights

The app, the VoltRadar name, the icon and the design are ours. Station data belongs to its sources (Data sources). You may use the app for personal use.

11. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we put the new date at the top. For important changes we also tell you in the app. If you keep using the app, the new terms apply.

12. Law

Greek law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. The courts of Athens decide disputes, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.

13. Personal data

How we use your data: Privacy policy.
